Half of the eight kilometre circuit, which is better known for its motor racing events, is being used as part of the course as well as roads around the West Kingsdown area.
The Paralympic cycling will take place between 5 and 8 September 2012. The races will start and finish in Brands Hatch and tickets cost £10 for adults, £5 for 16-year-olds and under and 60-year-olds and over. Discounted tickets are available for large groups of people.
Spectators with tickets can watch events from within Brands Hatch, which includes winners' podium, but spectators can also line the roads outside on the race route and cheer on the competitors for free.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.tickets.london2012.com until 30 September 2011.
Cllr Pat Bosley, Sevenoaks District Council's cabinet member with responsibility for community wellbeing, said: "This is one of very few events that are being held outside London and the only event to be held in Kent.
"I urge residents not to miss out on this once in a lifetime event. If you were disappointed not to have received tickets for the events in London, then do not miss out on the very special occasion which is happening right on our doorstep."
Cycling is one of Britain's most successful Paralympic sports. The Great Britain team won 17 gold and three silver medals at 2008 Beijing Games and the team is tipped to do well again in 2012.
Two-hundred and twenty-five athletes from over 40 nations will participate in the 32 cycling events. It will consist of individual and team time trails on track and road races. There will be events for men and women with a range of disabilities including visual impairments, cerebral palsy and amputations and they will be competing on bicycles, tricycles, tandems and hand cycles.
