Man, 22, arrested on suspicion of murder after 23-year-old woman died

A 22 year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a 23 year-old woman died in Swanley.
Kent Police was called at 11.18pm on 3 October 2012 to a report of a local woman with severe injuries at Swanley Village Road, Swanley.
The woman was treated by the ambulance service but died from her injuries at the scene. The arrested man and the woman were known to each other.
The death is being treated as suspicious and officers are currently at the scene, which has been cordoned off for forensic examination.
The road is closed at the Beechenlea Lane junction with Swanley Village Road and also at Button Street.
Formal identification has not yet taken place, and a post-mortem examination will be held later today to establish the cause of death.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after walking in to a police station at around 3am on 4 October.
Investigating officer, Detective Inspector Gavin Moss from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate said: "In the early hours of this morning a man was arrested on suspicion of murder, and at this time we are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
"I'm hopeful that anyone with any information can contact us to help us further our investigation.
"A number of road closures are in place in the area whilst a forensic examination takes place, and I would like to thank local residents for their patience and understanding whilst this takes place."
