Tonbridge Triathlon Club host Aquathlon on Saturday, October 20, 2012

Tonbridge Tri Club are running an Aquathlon on Saturday 20th October 1.15pm, that will involve a 300m swim followed by a 10k run.  

The swim will be in Sevenoaks School pool followed by a 10k run in Knole park.   

However there is a difference to this as it will be a handicap event in which athletes will start at intervals according to a time handicap.  

Therefore the slowest will start first and potentially lead the whole way, with the fastest chasing  the early starters.  

Last year there was a span of 24 mins at the start, but the majority of runners finished close together.
