Tonbridge man, 25, arrested after disturbance at Pitcher and Piano in Tunbridge Wells

A 25-YEAR-OLD was taken to hospital with head injuries after a disturbance at the Pitcher and Piano bar in Tunbridge Wells earlier this morning.

Police arrested two men from the Church Road nightclub just after midnight – a 26-year-old man from Paddock Wood on suspicion of assaulting a police officer and a 25-year-old man from Tonbridge on suspicion of violent disorder.
They are currently in custody along with a 25-year-old man from West Malling who was arrested late this morning on suspicion of assault.
A third man arrested just after midnight on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly has been issued with a penalty notice and a fine of £80 and released from custody.
The man who was taken to hospital was discharged this morning.
The assaulted police officer received a minor injury but no further treatment was necessary.
