Tivoli Café Band

"Tonight the Tivoli Café Band celebrates Valentine's Day with an evening of unashamed romance. Charismatic Italian soprano Alessandra Testai will sing a wonderful variety of love songs from the Music Cafés and Grand Hotels of Europe between the years 1850 and 1950, beautifully accompanied by the Band. The music takes us from springtime in Madrid all the way to the nightspots of Constantinople, taking in the Boulevards of Paris and the Viennese Operetta on the way, and no doubt spending some time in the region of Piccadilly and Park Lane. The concert will introduce the audience to some musical gems unknown in this country, alongside some familiar favourites. Alessandra's unforgettable voice is accompanied by violin, accordion, guitar, mandolin and double bass. There is no dress code, you can wear whatever you like, bearing in mind that Alessandra and the Band will be gorgeous."
