West Kent Landlord Fair @ Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council offices

The West Kent Landlord Fair is being held at Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council offices on Thursday, October 11, 2012.
It starts at 4.15pm, and there will be presentations and workshops from 5pm to its close at 9pm.
Workshops, presentations and stands will be on:
- Green Deal - The Kent Perspective
- Fire Sprinklers - The ultimate protection
- Legal Advice on Repairs
- Changes to Local Housing Allowance and other benefits
- Avoid paying too much tax
- Housing, Health and Safety Rating System
- Landlord update
