Organised by Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council in partnership with Enalon (Plastic Mouldings Company), the day saw more than 60 people from businesses in Vale Rise board the bus to get information and advice on a range of health and lifestyle issues.
Employees from Enalon, Veolia Environmental Services and Glasslin UK Ltd were offered wellbeing checks, advice on safe alcohol limits, and support from the Stop Smoking Service.
There were also free healthy food tasters and recipes for healthier breakfast and lunch ideas from the Community Chef, as well as pedal-powered fruit drinks to make on the Smoothie Bike.
Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council's Environmental Projects Coordinator, Tamsin Ritchie says: "Thank you to everyone who took a few minutes out of their busy day to come along and find out how we can all take positive steps to lead a healthier and more positive lifestyle."
Workplace Wellness Days aim to build long-term changes into people's lives by helping them to make healthier choices.
The project is funded by NHS West Kent and is part of the Department of Health's Change4Life programme, which aims to help people stay happy and healthy by keeping more active and eating well.
