Fire crews called to lorry and car blaze in Tonbridge

Fire crews were this afternoon called to Horns Lodge Lane, in Tonbridge, to deal with a lorry and car that were alight.

They arrived at 1.25pm and had the fire under control by 2.05pm.

A fire service spokesman said: 'Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled the blaze using hose reel jets. 

'There are no reports of any injuries and the cause of the fire is being investigated.'
