Well, we could vote for the Lib Dems and vote the greedy, untrustworthy, Conservatives and Labour out in one fell swoop. It has to be a team effort. It will be a huge shock to this part of the world if the Tonbridge establishment , some of whom who don't use modern things to communicate with their public like Twitter, were gone! Imagine the commotion at the KCC. The main players are out for themselves as we have seen. and they won't even give up their seat to young people with fresh ideas. Every one thinks it is safe seat. Let the old establishment sit back in their garden writing their memoires about life with Thatcher and Arthur Scargil and whilst the new guard take control. If Obama got rid of Bush, after his mess, perhaps the same thing can happen to Tonbridge & Malling, if can happen in the US, it can happen here. The only thing is that most dusty Tories probably don't use the internet....!

I agree with moochin003 but even better would be not to vote for any of the three old failed parties; all of them are equally culpable. UKIP is the real opposition.

Twitter is not the end to all problems, neither is the internet they are only tools. People can still use pen and paper and if you write to John Stanley you will get a reply.
Not everyone has a PC in their home. By the way the Lib Dems are vey good at sitting on the fence.
Also remember that many brave men and women lost their lives to allow us to keep the vote.
So do go and vote.
Actually JS doesn't always reply... has anyone else has that problem?

ReportOn a number of occasions I wrote via theyworkforyou (well that type of website) and there was no reponse. He does sometimes though but it is mainly enclosing Gov official's letters.
