Maus is a graphic novel about the true story of a Holocaust survivor. This is Art's dad. He writes about his father's capture and the loss of his only son. The book is extraordinary, brings it to life, oddly enough with humour, and it tries to make sense of his father. Graphic novels aren't just for teenagers, I recommend that adults read these 2 books as well (Part 2 and 2). I could hardly put it down.
