Join us on this short 6 week course where we will place the emergence of Western art in its historical context. We will look at art from the 2nd Century Roman catacombs, then via Ravenna, Assisi, Padua (and briefly Pisa) Florence and Venice back to Rome and the Sistine Chapel.
