Dance Fit is a popular Class for all ages and for all levels of dancers. The classes have taken on people whom have never danced before but the easy-to-learn system enables everyone to get the moves very quickly as well as remember the dance routines. Each lesson uses repetition to teach the dance moves.
The warmup at the beginning of the class, stretches and strenthens each part of your body before you begin. Each class you will run through dances you have learnt and build up a handful of fully revised dances this keeps the class at a great pace for burning calories, toning the body and release endorphines!
This year Dance fit will open their doors to all ages . The Dance Fit class has a relaxe friendly environment and a chance to meet new people.
Dance fit doesnt just improve your fitnesss it improves your body movements and your memory. It is a great active way to keep i shape and learn something at the same time.
