So, you like Ella Fitzgerald, but want something more contemporary? Then Liane Carroll fits the bill perfectly.

Liane has worked with many great artists including Sir Paul McCartney, Gerry Rafferty and Ladysmith Black Mambazo.

The lead vocalist and Wurlitzer keyboardist for London Elektricity, she is a regular performer at Ronnie Scott's and the 606 Club in London.

Liane has made several albums and has won two BBC Jazz Awards: Best Vocalist and Best of Jazz.

The recipient of the Marston Pedigree Jazz Award for best vocalist she was also awarded the Parliamentary Jazz Musician of the Year (2008).
