    I agree with paul ralph regarding the after sales service at horsepower my vehicle has been back with them 6 times in three months and now they are just being rude as if its all my fault !

    Very satisfied customer

       

    Had my car (2005 Vauxhall Corsa) serviced and MOT'd by Horsepower last November. Reasonable price, excellent service, free courtesy car and nothing to groan about. Seemed like a very genuine and diligent bunch, certainly when compared with most other garages. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

    Dreadful after-sales service

       

    I just want to warn people not to be taken in by the ''whiter than white'' image that this garage projects. If you buy a car from them, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! Don't pay a premium for service and quality you won't get. You will get a minimal warranty from a third party that is unlikely to cover gremlins - and Horsepower won't want to know you once they have your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - buy a car at a cheaper price elsewhere - it's not worth the premium you pay here.
