Want to report a pothole? Here's how. What do you think of the state of the roads?

Last winter was the coldest and wettest winter for many years and the road network in Kent suffered unprecedented damage. Record numbers of potholes have been reported to KCC since the beginning of the year, and the Council says it is still working hard to repair this damage.
They have extra crews in each district, working on a ‘find and fix’ basis so that all potholes on a stretch of road will be filled at the same time. Under ‘find and fix’ specialist tarmac contractors are repairing every fault they encounter on our minor and rural roads that make up 71% of Kent’s 5,000-mile network.
View a list of roads they will be working on (PDF, 87k) over the next few weeks. Please note that this is not a final list and will be updated regularly with other roads across the county.
Reporting potholes to KCC
If you see a pothole, please tell them about it using the online fault reporting form or call KCC 24 hours a day on 08458 247 800. To help them find and repair the pothole, it is useful if you can give details about its size and location.
If you are reporting more than one pothole in the same road, when filling in the online form please select ‘potholes’ then ‘multiple potholes (same road only)’ from the drop down lists.
Important: If the issue is a hazard to public safety or anything else urgent, then call KCC immediately on 08458 247 800.
